Austin party band, Uptown Drive gets ready for SXSW! Our high-energy live band takes over South Austin with our dynamic live entertainment and choreographed show with a public showcase. That’s right, we’ll be tearing up the stage at the beloved Baker Street Pub on March 17th at 8PM, St. Patrick’s Day, so drink up! Not only will we be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day and SXSW but also our lead vocalist, Quiesean and our drummer, Drew’s birthday! If you can count, which we assume you can, that’s four major celebrations in one day! That’s big!

For those wondering what SXSW is, we welcome you! South by Southwest is only the largest parallel film, interactive media, music festival conference in the world. You heard that right, we said THE WORLD! The events are organized jointly every year in mid March for a span of two weeks of endless activity day and night. The city is ALIVE and flooded with artists ranging from local to world renowned. Everyone is coming together for a chance to be seen and we’re here for all of it!
